The Grand Mayan is a visually stunning resort with lovely beaches, impressive pools, and an amazing breakfast buffet. The staff is eager to help and maintains high cleanliness standards, which is reassuring given the current circumstances. However, I encountered some challenges with the hot water in the room and the surprise charges at check-in and checkout that could be frustrating for future guests.

I had another amazing vacation at The Grand Mayan in Acapulco. The room was spacious and perfect for my family, plus the Lazy River was an excellent way to relax. The staff, especially the Joy Squad, were fantastic with the kids. However, my check-in experience was a bit of a hassle, and the laundry service could definitely improve. Overall, it remains an enjoyable spot for families.
